The Xtreme line is our strongest and most durable line of parts. The Xtreme Dual V Wheel Kit Wheel is designed for strength and reliability. These can be used with the OpenRail System and V-slot extrusions.
Xtreme V's are made from strong, clear polycarbonate material. This makes them resistant to compression and wear, and leads to better overall precision and strength for your builds.
The Xtreme V wheels are a heavy-duty alternative to the Delrin V Wheels, designed for applications like CNC Routers/Mills where force and weight are introduced into the system. So, if you're looking for a stronger wheel that can handle more weight, the Xtreme V wheel is a great choice.
Many of these wheels could be added to a gantry to allow an even distribution of the load across them. These wheels are individually milled for consistent high precision and tolerance

Pro Tips:
- Remember to order your Spacers, Eccentric Spacers, and Low Profile Screws to create your gantry.
- These wheel kits also come with most of our Gantry Bundles, which is an excellent choice if you want the complete setup for your gantry.
- To assemble, first push one bearing into the wheel. Then, using the screw as a guide, push the 2 precision shims and the 2nd bearing into the other side of the wheel.
