Tools required:
- Allen keys
- 8mm spanner/wrench
Assembly Instructions:
- Assemble the wheels, following the wheel assembly instructions.
- Place the M5x27 screws into the corner holes of the gantry plate, and lay it down on a flat surface (screw heads against the surface).
- Insert the aluminum spacers and eccentric spacers as per the drawing, making sure the rim of the eccentric spacer is properly inserted into the larger hole of the plate. This allows the cam mechanism to adjust the wheels' position when the gantry bundle is inserted into the V-slot.
- Place the precision shims from the wheel's kit.
- Finally, insert the wheel kit and secure it using lock nuts.
