M5 jam nuts are perfect when you need a thinner profile nut (2.9mm) or use 2 as lock nuts. They work great for locking set screws in place in our Anti-Backlash Nut Block. They also fit inside the slot of our V-Slot Linear Rails and can work as a tee-nut in a pinch. So many uses for one little nut!

Mount a Zinc Hinge on your V-Slot or other 2020/4040 Aluminium Extrusions. You'll need some Low Profile 8mm Screws and Drop-in Tee Nuts.
