Our gantry kits are perfect for industrial and machine automation projects. With their precision and durability, they'll help you get the job done right. These gantry models are also commonly known as cartesian robots and are commonly employed in most industrial applications. These are considered for new automation due to their flexibility, efficiency, and ease of implementation. Our gantry kits are also modular and multi-purpose.
Our gantry systems are highly versatile and can be easily customized to meet your specific needs. For example, with our Y-axis actuator, you can choose to have a movable entire actuator or just a gantry cart, as shown in the images of our different models.
Our leadscrew linear actuators are employed in the gantry systems. They're more affordable and offer smooth, precise movement. Plus, they're sure to meet most of your project requirements.
This XY-Double Rails Gantry system uses two linear actuators on the X-axis, and a single linear actuator on the Y-axis. This allows movement in the respective axes direction. The length of the actuators is 1000mm.

Travel length calculations:
Effective travel length of a linear actuator= Length of C-beam (axis length) – 120mm (length of gantry plate)
Here's an example:
- If you select an X-axis actuator length of 1000mm and its effective travel distance of 880mm (1000-120).
- For an XY gantry system 500x500mm, the effective working area is 380x380mm. And for an XYZ gantry system 500x500x250mm, the effective working volume is 380x380x130mm.
Note: Although we aim to offer you an accurate length of the actuators, a small tolerance of +/- 2mm in the length is to be expected due to the cutting process.
