This Anti-Backlash Nut prevents movement in the wrong direction, ensuring precise linear displacement. It features a mounting flange with four un-tapped holes for M3 screws, and it's intended to be used with Tr8x8(P2) leadscrews. These leadscrews are 8 mm-diameter rods with four independent trapezoidal threads spaced 2 mm apart. One full revolution of the rod results in an 8.0 mm linear displacement of the traveling nut.
The XYZ-Double Rail Gantry robot system is equipped with two linear actuators on the X-axis, a single linear actuator on the Y-axis, and one actuator on the Z-axis for movement. The length of the actuators is 1000mm, and 500mm. Don't miss out on this great deal! Save 10% OFF on Kits.
Self-trapping: This method uses clear thread and provides uniform pitch and force during use. It also produces a good tightening force. Sharp end: Self-tapping has a good texture and is easy to operate. It also saves time and effort and is not easy to slip. Standard cross groove: This method provides uniform force and is not easy to slip. The exterior is also smooth without burrs.
