Ordering
Check your basket, provide your delivery address (if different than your registered address), select your delivery method, and make payment through one of the store payment methods. Once your order and payment are complete, you will receive a confirmation email.

In the unfortunate event that your order is faulty or not fulfilled, we will inform you, and provide the possible reason for the non-fulfillment.

In the case of any concerns:
If you receive a package in which the products are not the ones that were ordered or are missing items that were ordered, we request that you follow the procedure below:

• Contact us via your store account to raise a return order ticket.
• We will provide instructions for the return of products.
• Please return the incorrect products to us via post.
• Please wait until we have confirmed receipt of returned goods. Immediately following confirmation we will ship the correct products at no additional costs or fees.
